What's your return policy?
Our Return Policy allows for full refunds (minus shipping charges) within 14 days of receiving product. Product(s) must be in original packaging and unworn. Refunds are issued once items are received back and usually take 2-3 business days for processing.

Where is the size chart?
We offer a wide variety of products and as such, we do not have a "one size fits all" chart but we do use average US sizing and always note in the product descriptions if an item runs large or small. No comment? That's because the item runs true to US average sizes. 

What's is 'Deal of the Week'?
Our deal of the week is a program we offer as exclusive deals for our email customers which offers spectacular deals on quality items. There are new deals every week during the summer. We only allow limited numbers available to order  and once they're gone, they're out of stock unless our customers want us to bring the item back.

When will my item(s) ship?
Due to current conditions, we ship your items 2 weeks from your payment date. Most items will ship well before this but know that once we ship it, it’s out of our hands. 

If you need your items sooner because you're on a time crunch, just send us an email at customerhelper@walkerandmain.com along with your order number and we will try our best to help you.

What is 'dropshipping'?

These are items we select and bring to you that ship to you from our vetted manufacturers. Shipping times vary since they never reach our hands. As such, you also miss the personal approach we give to each package we ship out so sorry, no surprises or happiness in your mail from them. 

We offer this service to allow for a wider selection to meet our customer needs and to help with the shipping issues so many are encountering in the world right now.

If you have a return because you are dissatisfied in any way, we still allow returns to happen but they MUST be made with US and not the manufacturer since we pay them directly when you make your purchase in our store. 

We carefully choose items for customer feedback and review so if you like the product, shoot us an email! Hate it? Send us an email for sure! We want to hear all about it. We may even use your reviews on our webpage and/or social media accounts! You can also leave a review! This helps our business grow!

Please note that packaging and items may state from "Kit and Kin" and not Walker and Main. This is still us and set up under an LLC.
